Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-impact Associate Director Product Management to lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and customer experience for a large-scale consumer internet platform. The role requires a strong product leader who understands B2C user behavior, data-driven product decisions, and large-scale platform growth.
You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and business teams to build and scale products used by millions of customers.
Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
Product Development:
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize product backlog using customer insights, market trends, and data analytics.
Customer Experience & Growth:
- Build customer-first product experiences that drive adoption and retention.
- Leverage data, experimentation (A/B testing), and analytics to optimize user journeys.
- Drive product-led growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, operations, and leadership.
- Present product insights, strategy, and roadmap updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and manage product managers and associate product managers.
- Build a high-performing product culture focused on innovation and impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 - 13 years of product management experience in B2C / E-commerce / Consumer Internet companies.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer products at scale.
- Strong understanding of product metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience working with large engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in high-growth e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or consumer tech products.
- Exposure to mobile-first products and large-scale consumer platforms.
- Experience managing multiple product lines or large product portfolios.
