Job Title: Group Product Manager (GPM)

Location: Gurugram

About the Role

As a Group Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products across multiple business verticals. You'll lead a team of Product Managers and work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to drive impactful solutions. This is a high-ownership role that requires both strategic thinking and handson execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional product teams across the following verticals:


- Commerce Drive user acquisition and conversion to paid users.


- Contract Management and Support Improve post-sale service interactions and contract experiences.


- Engagement and Retention Develop features like Magenta Moments to enhance customer loyalty.


- Platform Development Build scalable, efficient product foundations and tools.


- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs.


- Mentor and manage a team of Product Managers; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and impact.


- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.


- Own product KPIs and use data-driven approaches for decision-making and performance measurement.


- Collaborate with senior leadership to influence company-wide product vision and strategy.

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or Group PM role.


- Proven success in launching and scaling products in B2C or B2B2C environments.


- Strong background in product design, analytics, strategy, and user experience.


- Experience working in platform teams, e-commerce, fintech, or customer engagement domains is highly desirable.


- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.


- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive organizational change.


- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with diverse stakeholders.
