We're Hiring: Group Marketing Manager (B2B Industrial)

The Company

- We are looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to build and scale the function across multiple business units.

What you'll own :

- Demand generation and marketing automation

- Customer segmentation and cohort strategy

- Brand architecture across multiple B2B brands

- Specifier and PMC engagement, events, and on-site presence

- Product and technical marketing plus sales enablement

- Team, vendor, and budget ownership

What we're looking for :

- 10-15 years of B2B marketing in industrial, manufacturing, construction, engineering, or OEM sectors

- A proven track record of building or scaling a marketing function - not just optimising an established one

- Hands-on across performance marketing, CRM automation, and analytics

- Ability to turn complex technical products into compelling commercial narratives (technical background a plus)

- MBA in Marketing or Business preferred
