Experience in designing, commissioning and delivering across the full Learning &Development agenda at a senior level and within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Experience of working in matrix environment and of delivery through influence rather than direct control. Experience of working in an international company; preferably with presence in both India and Europe. Major Responsibilities: Sales Training: - Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to enhance sales readiness and effectiveness. - Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training solutions to ensure the adoption of business-defined product, sales, and systems training Management Development Programs (MDPs): - Coordinate with management institutes to develop and implement MDPs that focus on mid-level leadership development, team building, and management training. - Ensure that these programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals and contribute to the professional growth of managers. Vendor Networking: - Build and maintain a network of vendors specializing in professional learning and development. - Negotiate contracts and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of training materials Manufacturing Training: - Design and execute training programs tailored to the manufacturing sector, focusing on process improvement and operational excellence. - Ensure that training aligns with the company's manufacturing goals and standards. Learning Management System (LMS): - Oversee the learning management system, ensuring that it supports the delivery of all training programs effectively. - Monitor the performance of the LMS and make necessary adjustments to improve its functionality and user experience. L&D India alignment: - Contribute as a subject matter expert in regional and local training provision. - Contribute to the design and delivery of programs/interventions to enhance behavioral skills of the employees. - Give inputs and deliver on the global L&D strategy, that defines the approach, outcomes and key performance indicators for the talent development agenda, at a global level. - Build internal capability in developing enterprise content and deploying appropriate learning solutions.
