
Job Title: Group Leader - PCG Wealth (HNI Sales)
Location: Kolkata, Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Group Leader - PCG Wealth to drive revenue through HNI client acquisition and relationship management. The role involves leading a team of Relationship Managers and delivering high-quality financial advisory services to high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers (RMs)
- Drive AUM growth through HNI client acquisition and relationship management
- Support team in advising clients on investment strategies & portfolio management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing HNI clients
- Increase wallet share through cross-selling financial products
- Identify and convert potential HNI prospects
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and investment opportunities
- Coordinate with research/product teams for portfolio recommendations
- Organise seminars, workshops, and client engagement activities
Pre-Requisites:
- Team handling experience (minimum 6+ members)
- Experience in Broking / Private Banking / Wealth Management
- Managed HNI clients with investments of 50 Lakhs+
- Stable career tenure in previous roles
Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM or Graduate (Finance/Marketing/Related fields)
- CFP or relevant certifications (preferred)
