
We are hiring for a senior leadership role in Learning Content Development with a global client. The role is focused on leading client-facing engagements and driving excellence in content creation & design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner directly with global clients to understand business needs and develop tailored learning strategies.
- Oversee design & delivery of engaging learning solutions using tools like Articulate, Rise 360, Vyond, Camtasia (awareness is enough, deep technical skills not required).
- Ensure learning solutions are impactful, scalable, and aligned to client objectives.
- Define success metrics, track ROI, and continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Work in flexible shifts (afternoonlate night / early morningevening) to support international clients.
Experience & Profile Required:
- 1218 years of experience in Learning Content Development / Instructional Design Leadership/L&D Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large content creation teams and delivering client-facing learning programs.
- Exposure to eLearning tools (Articulate, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.) and knowledge of industry best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, project ownership, and consulting skills.
- Preference for candidates from NIIT, Centum Learning, MPS Interactive, Tech Mahindra Content Teams, or similar learning solutions companies.
