Job Opportunity - Group Leader - PCG Wealth (HNI Sales)
Location: Kolkata
About the Role
We are hiring a Group Leader - PCG Wealth (HNI Sales) for a reputed organization. The role involves leading a team of Relationship Managers and driving business growth through acquisition and management of High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
The selected candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing investment portfolios, and delivering strategic financial solutions to HNI clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers
- Drive AUM growth through acquisition and servicing of HNI clients
- Guide the team in advising clients on investment opportunities and portfolio management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI clients
- Identify potential HNI prospects and generate new business opportunities
- Enhance client engagement through cross-selling financial products
- Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, and market trends
- Coordinate with research and product teams for portfolio recommendations
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and client engagement initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM or Graduate in Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Certification such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) will be an advantage
Experience Required
- Experience in HNI relationship management, financial planning, or wealth management within the BFSI sector
- Experience in broking, private banking, or wealth management organizations
- Proven experience managing clients with investments of - 50 Lakhs and above
- Prior team handling experience of at least 6 members
Suitability Criteria
- Candidate must be working in the Kolkata market for at least 4 years
- Must have strong English communication skills
- Should have a ready-to-move team of 4-5 Wealth Managers
- Personal Wealth AUM of - 40 Cr+
- Total Team Wealth AUM of - 60 Cr+
