We are seeking a visionary and seasoned security leader to serve as Group Head Security, responsible for shaping and directing the overarching security framework across diversified real estate portfolio
This is a pivotal leadership role that demands a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and deep institutional knowledge of law enforcement.
The ideal candidate should have an exceptional track record in security governance, risk mitigation, crisis management, and regulatory compliance.
This individual will play a critical role in safeguarding people, property, and reputation, while aligning security strategies with long-term organizational objectives.
Role & responsibilities
1). Define and lead the Group-wide security vision and roadmap in alignment with corporate strategy.
2). Establish enterprise-wide security policies, governance models, and risk management frameworks.
3). Provide regular briefings and strategic insights to executive leadership and board level stakeholders.
4). Lead and oversee security operations across all business verticals including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, construction, and corporate offices.
Conduct periodic security audits and threat assessments; prioritize investment and resource allocation based on risk evaluation.
5). Build and lead a high-impact internal security team while managing third-party security vendors and agencies.
6). Define performance benchmarks and KPIs; ensure accountability, training, and continuous development.
7). Architect robust emergency response frameworks, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity protocols.
8). Ensure full compliance with all applicable security laws, labor regulations, and building codes.
9). Serve as the principal liaison with police departments, fire services, and regulatory authorities at the state and national levels.
10). Monitor and analyze geopolitical developments, crime trends, and socio-political risks impacting business operations.
11). Lead risk forecasting and proactively develop countermeasures to neutralize potential threats.
Preferred candidate profile
- 25+ years of professional experience, including 8-10 years in leadership roles handling multi-location security operations.
- Strong knowledge of laws, compliance, and security best practices.
- Expertise in risk assessment, crisis management, and modern security technology.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in real estate, construction, retail, or hospitality will be an added advantage.
