Key Responsibilities:
- Lead an integrated HR strategy across group businesses and manufacturing operations
- Elevate plant HR maturity through structured processes, compliance, and industrial harmony
- Drive leadership development, talent pipelines, and workforce planning across functions
- Standardize people practices while tailoring execution to business and plant realities
- Cultivate a performance-led culture with strong on-ground engagement and governance
Ideal Candidate:
- 20+ years of HR leadership across large, multi-location, diversified organizations
- Strong grounding in manufacturing and plant HR operations
- Proven experience in driving transformation and building scalable HR systems
- Comfortable operating in promoter-led environments
- Strategic yet execution-focused leader across business and HR functions
