Our client is a venture builder and growth capital platform.
They are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Head of Human Resources to lead and oversee all HR, recruitment, and people operations across our India and GCC entities.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regional labour laws, HR policies, and talent management practices across the GCC and India. This role will be responsible for building a high-performance culture, implementing standardized HR processes, and ensuring compliance and alignment across all regions.
Key Objective:
- Lead the overall HR strategy and operations across all countries and business units.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, visa regulations, and employment policies in all operating regions.
- Standardize HR processes, compensation structures, and employee lifecycle management across geographies.
- Build a strong talent acquisition and workforce planning framework for multi-country operations.
- Serve as the strategic advisor to the Group CEO and leadership team on HR, organization development, and manpower planning.
Experience:
- Minimum 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven experience managing HR operations in GCC countries (especially Qatar, UAE, or Bahrain).
- Strong background in recruitment, HR compliance, and labour law administration across multiple geographies.
- Exposure to HR systems, digital tools, and data-driven HR decision-making.
