Role Overview:

The Group Head HR will lead and manage the human resources function for a multi-specialty hospital, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. This role involves overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development. The Group Head HR will work closely with the hospital's leadership team to create a positive and productive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent. This role directly impacts the hospital's ability to deliver exceptional patient care by fostering a skilled, engaged, and supported workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to support organizational growth and effectiveness.

- Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates, to ensure the hospital has the necessary staff to meet its operational needs.

- Oversee employee relations, addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

- Design and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and attractive to employees, ensuring the hospital can attract and retain top talent.

- Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback, driving continuous improvement and professional development.

- Lead organizational development initiatives, including training and development programs, to enhance employee skills and capabilities, improving the quality of patient care.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks and protecting the hospital's interests.

- Manage the HR budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support HR initiatives and programs.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex HR issues.

- Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.

- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
