Description:
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the overall Facility Management Services (FMS) strategy across all company locations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Establish a structured governance and operational framework to ensure efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Drive adoption of global best practices in facility management, focusing on operational excellence and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Create and maintain future-state roadmaps for facilities, aligned with emerging technologies and sustainability goals.
- Champion innovation in energy efficiency, waste management, and smart facility management solutions.
Financial & Resource Optimization:
- Review and finalize Annual Operating Plans (AOPs), optimizing CAPEX and OPEX utilization.
- Lead initiatives for cost control, cost accounting, and performance analysis to identify inefficiencies and enhance productivity.
- Oversee budget forecasting, resource allocation, and performance management of facility operations.
- Drive transformation and change programs, ensuring cost targets and service excellence are met.
- Manage procurement and consumption of materials and consumables, maintaining profitability and compliance with labor and budget guidelines.
- Develop vendor management strategies, negotiate long-term contracts, and ensure cost-effective partnerships.
Workplace Strategy & Employee Experience:
- Design and implement strategies to enhance workplace experience, promoting well-being, engagement, and productivity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and leadership teams to ensure facilities and employee services align with workforce needs.
- Standardize hospitality and corporate event management frameworks for seamless execution and satisfaction.
- Monitor employee and guest feedback, implementing continuous service improvements.
Vendor Management:
- Oversee vendor selection, performance, and compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.
- Conduct periodic vendor audits and reviews to ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate billing and cost allocation to respective cost centers and departments.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between FMS and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Coordinate with external service providers and partners to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with regulatory authorities, government bodies, and vendors to drive strategic facility initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Compliance:
- Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs across all FMS domains including housekeeping, MEP, travel, transportation, space management, and event management.
- Implement governance mechanisms to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews in collaboration with audit and compliance teams to maintain adherence to policies and standards.
Leadership Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of General Managers and senior facility leaders, fostering capability building and professional growth.
- Promote a high-performance culture through clear goal setting, accountability, and performance reviews.
- Ensure succession planning and continuous leadership development within the FMS organization.
