Group Head - Credit Rating - Real Estate

We are currently hiring for the position of Group Head - Rating (Real Estate).

Location: Mumbai / Pune

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle rating cases and assignments undertaken by the group.

2. Publish sector reports, criteria papers, and commentaries.

3. Ensure effective execution of projects.

4. Provide inputs and commitments toward strategic and quality-related decision-making.

5. Develop and enhance rating methodologies for the sector.

6. Minimize sharp rating migration cases and maintain rating quality.

7. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and readability of rating reports, rationales, and press releases.

8. Demonstrate strong analytical and data interpretation skills to handle complex situations.

9. Ensure timely completion of rating assignments.

10. Track developments in the sector and bring key insights to management's attention.

11. Address and resolve operational audit observations.

12. Present cases effectively in Rating Committee meetings.

13. Maintain MIS, quarterly results, no-default statements, rating reckoners, and related records.

14. Lead, guide, and mentor a team of analysts.

15. Monitor and measure team productivity and performance.

16. Demonstrate leadership qualities and coach junior team members.
