Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and mentor a team of analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality credit rating reports for Mid-Corporate and Emerging Corporate clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal methodologies.


- Manage end-to-end client relationships by engaging with CFOs and finance heads to understand business models, financial structures, and growth strategies, thereby ensuring a comprehensive and accurate credit assessment.


- Oversee the entire rating process, from initial data collection and financial modeling to the final presentation before the Rating Committee, ensuring logical consistency and robust risk identification.


- Drive business development initiatives within the Mid-Corporate and SME segments by identifying potential clients and articulating the value proposition of credit ratings in accessing debt capital markets.


- Monitor portfolio performance and track industry-specific trends to provide proactive risk alerts, ensuring the integrity of the rating portfolio and minimizing credit surprises.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and debt structuring, specifically within the Mid-Corporate and Emerging Corporate sectors.


- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and professional development in a high-pressure environment.


- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex credit rationales to senior stakeholders and external clients with confidence and clarity.


- Strong proficiency in interpreting regulatory frameworks and industry-specific nuances, enabling the delivery of nuanced, data-backed credit opinions.


- A postgraduate degree in Finance, MBA, or a professional qualification like CA/CFA is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in financial theory and practice.


- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, office-based environment across Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Chennai, maintaining high levels of productivity and stakeholder engagement.
