- Looking fora mandate to hire a Group Head Company Secretary for a Listed Retail Conglomerate

- Experience of Heading the function in a Listed Company, preferably at a Group Level with multiple companies in the Group, with 12+ years of experience , stable work experience and good communication skills

JOB Responsibilities:

- Organizing the Board, the Committee & the General meetings in a highly professional manner

- Supporting compliance initiatives for various corporate restructuring projects

- Driving and supporting Risk Management and business continuity initiatives.

- Prowess in Company Secretarial Functions, duties and responsibilities under the Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and other SEBI regulations, establish investors relations, monitor equity transactions; enforce dividend and IEPF compliance; supervises management reporting
