Qualification / Experience / Preference:
- Master's degree in Human Resources.
- 15+ Years of progressive HR leadership experience with at least 5 years in CHRO/similar role.
- Experience working in multi-business environment.
- Willingness to Travel frequently
- Excellent communication skill - Both written and verbal.
- Strong Statutory knowledge across multiple businesses.
Overview:
Chief Human Resource officer (CHRO) will have to be dynamic and strategic to lead the HR functions across multiple business units within our group. He will serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, driving HR alignment with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and building scalable people strategies that support growth and employee engagement across all entities.CHRO will have to lead and manage all HR related activities across the group (with a current headcount of 2000+ employees) and will report to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Define and execute a group wide HR strategy aligned with the business objective.
- Lead Organization design, Workforce planning and change management across the group.
- Oversee group wide talent acquisition, performance and succession planning.
- Define employee compensation to ensure the organization stays competitive with pay, bonuses and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
- Reducing legal risks for the organization by ensuring compliance with Central, State, and local regulations related to employment matters.
