Group Chief - Strategy

About:

- We are looking for a highly experienced Group Chief of Strategy to lead strategy development, execution, and governance across multiple business units.

- This role will drive financial performance, ensure long-term sustainability, and maximize ROI across diverse sectors.

- The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction to the Board, Group CEO, and executive teams, while developing business strategies to support diversification, including M&A, JVs, and franchise initiatives. Responsibilities include long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and leveraging data analytics to drive innovation.

- The role ensures standardized processes, robust financial controls, and transparent reporting across all units.

- The Chief of Strategy will monitor business performance, define KPIs, and implement frameworks to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

- Additionally, they will guide project evaluation, risk management, tax planning, and systems transformation, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
