Group Chief Operating Officer - Agri Business

Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Regional COO / Deputy MD

A leading Agri business is looking for a seasoned business leader to drive overall business operations and own the complete P&L. The role will lead strategy, operations, supply chain, commercial functions, and business expansion while ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end P&L and business performance.

- Drive business strategy, revenue growth, and profitability.

- Lead operations, supply chain, procurement, production, and commercial teams.

- Improve operational efficiency and optimize costs.

- Build high-performing leadership teams and drive business transformation.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA/PGDM (Engineering/Agri preferred).

- 20+ years of leadership experience with P&L ownership.

- Experience as COO, Deputy MD, Business Head, Country Head, or Regional Head.

- Background in Agriculture, Agri Business, Food Processing, Dairy, Aquaculture, FMCG, or related industries.

- Africa experience is preferred but not mandatory.
