Group Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing Firm - CA

This is a confidential leadership mandate requiring strong expertise in financial strategy, governance, compliance, and stakeholder management at the group level.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group CFO to lead the financial function across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis for the group

- Partner with business heads to improve profitability and cost optimization

- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements

- Present financial insights to Board of Directors and investors

- Lead and mentor the finance teams across locations

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

- Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and compliance across all entities

- Manage fundraising, banking relationships, and treasury operations

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience

- Prior experience as CFO / Group Finance Head

- Strong exposure to multi-business / multi-location operations

- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic finance
