Group CFO Manufacturing | Punjab

Role: Group Chief Financial Officer

Location: Punjab

Individuals originating from Punjab or having strong personal, cultural, or family connections to the region would be advantageous.

Experience: 18 - 25+ years

Qualification: CA mandatory; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in manufacturing and diversified business groups, preferably with multi-plant operations.

- Proven experience as CFO / Group CFO / Finance Director in large organizations.

- Strong expertise in financial controllership, costing, FP&A, treasury, taxation, governance, and risk management.

- Experience in fundraising, debt raising, M&A, capital allocation, and investor/bank relationships.

- Ability to manage finance across multiple entities, manufacturing plants, and geographies.

- Experience with organizations having 2,000 Cr+ revenue and complex/group structures preferred.

- Strong track record of profitability improvement, cost optimization, working capital management, and value creation.

- Excellent leadership skills with experience building and managing large, multi-location finance teams.

- Strong preference for candidates with North India/Punjab business and cultural familiarity.

- Willingness to relocate to Punjab with family is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Group-wide financial strategy, planning, reporting, and controls.

- Drive profitability, cash flow, working capital, ROCE/ROE, and cost efficiency.

- Manage treasury, banking, fundraising, capital structure, and liquidity.

- Oversee audit, taxation, compliance, governance, and risk management.

- Support M&A, investments, JVs, and strategic growth initiatives.

- Partner with the Board, Promoters, Business Heads, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.

- Lead finance transformation, automation, and development of high-performing teams.

Ideal Candidate:

- A seasoned CA with 18- 25+ years of manufacturing finance leadership experience, strong multi-plant exposure, excellent stakeholder management, and a proven track record in controllership, strategic finance, fundraising, and value creation.
