Group Chief Financial Officer - Garment/Textile Industry

Position Title - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Reporting to CEO

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic financial direction to support the company's growth and profitability goals. Align financial planning with corporate vision and future IPO roadmap.

- Partner with the CEO and Board on key financial decisions and capital structuring.

- Oversee all accounting, taxation, banking, audit, and finance functions across group companies. Drive standardization of financial processes across all units.

- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books in a timely and accurate manner.

- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

- Monitor budget variances and initiate corrective actions.

- Drive cost optimization and working capital efficiency across the group.

- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (Direct/Indirect Taxes, Companies Act, etc.). Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit completion.

- Implement and monitor internal financial controls to mitigate risk.

- Oversee group banking operations including cash flow, fund management, and working capital. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions for funding and treasury operations. Explore financing options for capex and expansion projects.

- Develop investor communication and reporting mechanisms.

- Prepare investor decks, due diligence documentation, and periodic MIS.

- Lead financial structuring, documentation, and compliance required for IPO readiness.

- Drive a performance-oriented culture and develop financial talent within the organization.

Skills:

- 15-20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles in manufacturing/textile industry preferred.

- Strong understanding of multi-unit business finance, production costing, and internal controls.
