Mandate Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Group Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, capital governance, and enterprise-wide performance management for a diversified business group operating across multiple sectors and geographies.
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the Board and Promoters, ensuring capital discipline, risk containment, regulatory integrity, and sustainable long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive group-level financial strategy and capital allocation.
- Lead treasury, fund raising, refinancing, and banking relationships.
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting, governance, and compliance across entities.
- Ensure robust internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence.
- Optimize working capital and enhance EBITDA across business verticals.
- Evaluate investments, acquisitions, divestments, and expansion opportunities.
- Implement financial systems, dashboards, and ERP governance.
- Strengthen enterprise risk management frameworks.
- Partner with Business Heads to improve profitability and capital efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Proven track record in managing multi-entity or group structures.
- Strong exposure to fund raising, capital structuring, and treasury operations.
- Experience handling cross-border compliance, taxation, and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at Board and Promoter level.
- Professional qualification such as CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
