Group CFO / CFO (17-20 yrs)

B) The Role

An exciting leadership opportunity for a TRANSFORMATIONAL CFO for the Group

- to drive quantum growth (India & overseas), transformation / financial performance of the group as a strategic partner to the MD, the Board, and the CEO's of the group's business entities.

C) Ideal Candidate Profile:

- CA a must + CPA/ MBA Finance desirable

- At least 5 years in a Group CFO/CFO or equivalent leadership role - with multiple divisions / P&Ls - in manufacturing based industries(B2B based)

- Experience of having handled business size of Rs.2000-4000 crores

- Demonstrated experience of having driven growth, expansion, financial performance of the group.

- Initial experience of 7-10 years in a systems driven MNC, followed by experience in a mid-size, multi-unit, high-growth, professional, promoter-driven Indian organization

- Expertise in budgeting, capex, driving business profitability, managing capital, banking/debt funding, funds/cash flow, taxation, compliances, digitalization of financial systems, legal, cost/efficiencies in systems/processes.

- Effective multiple stakeholders management, strong business acumen, open to travel.

- Worked on SAP/HANA or a similar ERP

- International business exposure/funds raising /M&A experience an advantage.

- Currently earning > 150 l CTC basis
