In 2023, the Group expanded into the manufacturing sector through SURFICA INDIA LIMITED, a laminate manufacturing company. Today, the Group operates across two distinct business verticals:

- STARLINE CARS PVT. LTD. Automotive dealership business associated with Maruti Suzuki India Limited

- SURFICA INDIA LIMITED Laminate manufacturing business

The Group is looking to appoint an experienced and commercially strong Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function across both businesses and work closely with the Promoter, Managing Director and senior management on financial performance, business planning, profitability, cash flow, capital allocation and strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on, business-oriented leadership role for a CFO who can go beyond accounting and compliance, understand the business behind the numbers, identify opportunities and risks, and drive measurable improvements in profitability and cash generation.

Role Purpose:

The Group CFO will have overall responsibility for the Group's financial strategy, performance management, cash flow, working capital, banking, budgeting, MIS, controls, risk management, taxation, compliance and financial governance. The CFO will act as a strategic financial and business advisor to the Promoter/Managing Director, providing timely insights and recommendations for business growth, profitability improvement, investments and capital allocation. The successful candidate will be expected to bring strong financial discipline, transparency, accountability and data-driven decision-making across both businesses.

Candidate Profile:

- 15 - 20 years of overall relevant finance experience.

- Minimum 4 - 5 years in a CFO / Group CFO / Finance Director / Head of Finance / equivalent senior finance leadership role.

- Experience in a promoter-driven, family-owned or professionally managed business preferred.

- Experience in manufacturing, automotive dealership or other working-capital-intensive businesses preferred.
