Description: We are looking to appoint a hands-on, strategic CFO for our Group Companies.

The group operates across:

- Proprietary trading (equities, derivatives, commodities, including HFT and discretionary trading).

- Long-term investments in listed and unlisted Indian companies.

- A SEBI-registered trading and stock broking entity (member of NSE, BSE, and MCX).

Role Overview:

Position: Chief Financial Officer Group.

Location: Jaipur.

Reporting: Promoter Group / CEO.

Scope: End-to-end ownership of finance, treasury, risk, capital allocation, and regulatory compliance across all group entities.

The CFO will act as a single-point senior finance leader and strategic partner to the promoters, with complete ownership of financial governance and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (mandatory); CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred.

Experience: 12 to 20 years post-qualification.

Background in:

- Stock broking firms (NSE/BSE/MCX members), or

- Proprietary trading firms, family offices, PMS/AIF structures, or similar capital market-focused setups.

Strong exposure to:

- SEBI and exchange regulations.

- Margining, collateral, liquidity, and risk management.

- Audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions.

- Strategic mindset with strong operational depth and high integrity.
