Position - Group CFO

Brief role: The Group CFO will play a strategic leadership role in overseeing financial governance and performance across all business verticals, with a primary focus on the real estate portfolio. This is a high-visibility role that will involve close collaboration with promoters, business heads, and external stakeholders including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Provide overall financial strategy for the group, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.

- Act as a key advisor to the promoters and board on business performance, risk, capital structuring, and expansion decisions.

2. Real Estate Finance Oversight:

- Lead financial planning, project costing, cash flow management, and investor/lender interface for the real estate division.

- Drive profitability and cost control across residential and commercial projects.

3. Group Financial Management:

- Oversee group-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and MIS.

- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across multiple industries.

4. Investor Relations & Fundraising:

- Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, private equity investors, and rating agencies.

- Lead fundraising activities and capital structuring initiatives across the group.

5. Process Excellence & Governance:

- Strengthen internal controls, audit, tax planning, and ERP systems.

- Drive digitization, compliance, and governance practices in line with best-in-class standards.
