Role & Responsibilities :

- The Group CEO will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the organization across multiple retail formats and business verticals. The role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, market expansion, digital transformation, customer experience, and stakeholder value creation.

- The incumbent will lead large cross-functional teams and oversee business performance across regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global best practice.

- Develop and execute long-term business strategy aligned with corporate vision and growth objectives.

- Identify growth opportunities, expansion strategies, market penetration plans, and new business initiatives.

- Drive organizational transformation and innovation initiatives.

- Own overall P&L responsibility across the retail group.

- Drive revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, and profitability targets.

- Monitor KPIs, business metrics, and operational performance across all units.

- Establish financial controls and resource optimization strategies.

- Lead end-to-end retail operations across stores, regions, and business units.

- Ensure operational excellence in merchandising, supply chain, customer service, and inventory management.

- Improve productivity and standardization across business functions.
