Group CFO - CA - BFSI/Manufacturing/Steel/Iron/Investment Bank

As the CFO- Group finance you will :

- Be responsible for Strategic Business Planning, Treasury & Fund Management, Accounting, Taxation, Audit, MIS, Costing & regulatory reporting

- Handling and leading Banking relations, Investors relations and Fund Raising.

- Oversee the functioning of all the businesses under group finance

- Audit and approve the Budget request for all functions and businesses in the organisation

- Identify demand for technology and delivery of process improvements and deliver substantial cost efficiency resource and financial targets through standardization and if appropriate centralization of processes

Qualifications :

You will need to have :

- A chartered Accountant (CA) / Mater / Graduate degree in finance with over 25 years of working experience in finance in BFSI/ Steel /Manufacturing/ Investment bank

- Have led teams in finance as has hand on knowledge of all accounting / taxation/ recon and so on.

- Has an experience in either merger and acquisition

- Extensive experience in handling banking and investors relations and fund raising

- Good communication skill and strong work ethics
