Group Business Strategy Analyst

Role Overview:

The Group Business Strategy / Analyst role is a pivotal position responsible for supporting the development and execution of the organization's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Group Business sector.

- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and support strategic planning.

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.

- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, communicating key findings and recommendations based on data analysis.

Required Skillset:

Preferably CA with 5+ years experience in Consulting in Insurance Domain

Demonstrated abilities in:

- Financial reporting, financial analysis, and financial planning.

- Strategy consulting and sales strategy development.

- Understanding of Group Insurance Business.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
