To design, lead and continuously optimize the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem for Group Bayport across procurement, vendor management, production planning, warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, and cost optimization, ensuring speed, scalability, quality, and profitability across all global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Supply Chain Strategy;

- Develop and execute global supply chain strategy aligned to business growth, POD volumes and international expansion.

- Build scalable operating models for print-on-demand fulfillment, last-mile delivery and cross-border logistics.

- Drive digital transformation across SCM

2. Production Planning & Capacity Optimization;

- Own production forecasting & load balancing across multiple plants.

- Optimize machine utilization, batch planning, shift rostering, line balancing.

- Reduce reprints, wastage, idle capacity and turnaround time (TAT).

3. Procurement & Vendor Management;

- Build global supplier ecosystem - paper, ink, packaging, consumables & logistics partners.

- Negotiate commercial contracts with SLA-based performance metrics.

- Establish dual-sourcing and contingency vendor plans.

4. Warehousing, Fulfillment & Logistics;

- Design high-efficiency warehouse & fulfillment models for POD business.

- Optimize picking, packing, shipping accuracy and cost per order.

- Drive improvements in delivery speed, NDR reduction, RTO, damaged shipments.

5. Cost, Margin & Productivity Management:

- Own supply chain cost budgets and productivity KPIs.

Deliver year-on-year reduction in:

- Cost per order

- Freight cost %

- Inventory holding days

- Lead automation, manpower optimization and 5-day working transition without productivity loss.

6. Technology, Automation & Analytics

Implement advanced analytics & dashboards for:

- Forecast accuracy

- Order cycle time

- Plant performance & SLA adherence

- Lead AI-driven demand forecasting and predictive maintenance models.

7. Risk, Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure compliance with global trade laws, customs, data security & ESG standards.

- Create robust BCP / disaster recovery & business continuity frameworks.

Build and mentor leadership bench across:

- 15+ years' experience in large-scale E-commerce / Manufacturing / POD / D2C Supply Chain.

Must have handled:

- Multi-plant operations

- International logistics

- Strong exposure to ERP / WMS / OMS / TMS systems.

- Proven experience in cost optimization, automation & productivity transformation.
