Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end product development initiatives, from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization. Based in Gurugram, this on-site role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact products aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, execution excellence, market insight, and customer-centricity, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the complete product lifecycle, from concept, discovery, and development to launch and continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs and product opportunities.
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and prioritized product backlogs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities to maximize product value and ROI.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and support successful product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor product performance using relevant KPIs and analytics, and continuously optimize features and workflows based on data and user feedback.
- Engage regularly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate product decisions.
- Act as a key decision-maker, resolving trade-offs related to scope, timelines, and resources in a fast-changing environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 6-10 years of experience in Product Management and Product Development, with hands-on ownership of roadmaps and backlogs.
- Strong expertise in market analysis, customer research, and business strategy.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid product development environments.
- Familiarity with product management tools, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, OKRs) is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial, and innovation-driven organization.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- MBA or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
