- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing issues such as grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

- Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

- Talent Management: Lead the talent management process, including performance management, career development, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and employee benefits packages.

- Ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.

- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to gather and analyze data related to workforce trends, employee performance, turnover rates, and other HR metrics.

- Lead the talent management process, including succession planning, performance management, and career development initiatives.

- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
