- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on employee relations and talent management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- HR certification (e.g , SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- Experience of working on HRMS software like KEKA would be an added advantage
