Job Title: Sr. Manager - HRBP

Location: Gurgaon

About the Role:

A Sr. Manager plays a crucial role in an organization by overseeing and managing various aspects of human resources. Here's a general brief about the role of Sr Manager:

1. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning.

2. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing issues such as grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions. Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

3. Talent Management: Lead the talent management process, including performance management, career development, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

4. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and employee benefits packages. Ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.

5. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

6. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to gather and analyze data related to workforce trends, employee performance, turnover rates, and other HR metrics. Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

7. Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the HR team. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promote teamwork, and encourage professional development.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

9. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives by effectively communicating changes, managing resistance, and facilitating transitions within the organization.

10. Legal and Ethical Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure ethical conduct and integrity in all HR processes and interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.

2. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.

3. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

4. Lead the talent management process, including succession planning, performance management, and career development initiatives.

5. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

6. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

7. Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

8. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

9. Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes and procedures are being followed effectively.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration; Master's degree preferred.

- 8-12 years of HR experience, with significant exposure to HRBP and Organizational Development.

- Strong knowledge of organization design, competency frameworks, talent management, and leadership development.

- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business outcomes through people strategies.

- Experience in managing change programs and driving culture initiatives.

- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and consulting skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.

- HR certification (SHRM-SCP / SPHR / OD Certification) preferred.

- Exposure to HRMS platforms like KEKA or similar systems is an advantage.
