Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally savvy Chief of Staff to support our E-commerce leadership team at Group Bayport. This role will act as a key advisor and executor, driving initiatives in digital marketing, growth strategies, and revenue generation within our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in D2C environments, with deep expertise in performance marketing and scaling e-commerce operations. You will collaborate closely with executives to optimize processes, foster cross-functional alignment, and accelerate business growth in a fast-paced, innovative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a strategic partner to the Ecommerce executive team, providing insights and recommendations on growth opportunities, market trends, and revenue optimization strategies.

- Lead and manage high-impact projects focused on D2C expansion, including digital marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.

- Oversee performance marketing efforts, analyzing metrics from channels like SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate programs to drive measurable results.

- Develop and implement growth hacking strategies to boost user engagement, conversion rates, and overall revenue in our e-commerce platforms.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven reporting to inform decision-making and identify new revenue streams.

- Manage executive communications, prepare briefing materials, and facilitate meetings to enhance organizational efficiency.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce growth, such as customer lifetime value (CLV), acquisition costs, and revenue per user, recommending adjustments as needed.

- Foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing and e-commerce.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in a D2C e-commerce environment, with a strong focus on growth and revenue generation.

- Demonstrated success in scaling e-commerce operations, driving revenue growth, and implementing data-driven strategies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
