Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, high-performing Category Manager to join the CEO Office in a Chief of Staff capacity. This role is designed for a sharp, business-minded individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and can seamlessly blend analytical rigor with executive presence. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional priorities, and ensuring operational excellence across key categories and business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO to define and drive strategic priorities across the organization.
- Lead category-level planning, performance tracking, and optimization initiatives.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable plans and ensure timely execution.
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams to ensure strategic coherence.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, and vendors.
- Facilitate decision-making by synthesizing complex information and presenting clear options.
- Monitor KPIs across categories and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive process improvements and ensure accountability across teams.
What We're Looking For:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Strategy, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in category management or strategy consulting
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence without authority.
- Experience working directly with CXOs or in high-growth environments is a plus.
