Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative Chief of Staff to serve as the right hand to our CEO, focusing on Business Finance. You'll play a pivotal role in aligning financial operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination across our global subsidiaries. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our executive team, shape financial strategies, and make a tangible difference in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights on financial strategy, planning, analysis and performance across the group.

- Support capital allocation decisions, budgeting cycles, and investment prioritization

- Lead cross-functional financial initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals

- Facilitate decision-making by preparing executive-level dashboards, reports, and insights

- Coordinate with business unit heads, finance teams, and board members to ensure seamless communication

- Coordinate with Group CFO and finance teams to monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting.

- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, finance teams, and other departments to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, such as M&A activities or process improvements.

- Lead high-impact projects, including board meeting preparation, financial modeling, and strategic planning.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to bridge teams and stakeholders.

- Proven project management abilities, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

- Nice-to-Have experience in microfinance, international operations, or working in emerging markets.
