Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain audit programs to monitor, assess and analyze financial as well as organizational risk and controls - Identify projects and assist business units in evaluating and improving business processes, identify risks and recommend controls or improve efficiency - Design audit plans in partnership with the external audit firm - Ensure audit procedures and methods are compliant with professional standard and industry leading practices - Drive operational, financial and compliance audit programs, review and approve corresponding testing and work papers completed by audit firm - Demonstrate autonomous decision making and critical thinking skills in performing analytical procedures, ensuring the effectiveness of the scope of the audit; expanding or decreasing testing to commensurate with the audit findings - Monitor and guide execution of audit work, review audit findings and present audit reports to the senior management / audit committee - Track implementation of controls approved by audit committee What we require : - Experience in SAP will be considered as an advantage - 5 - 7 years post CA qualification - Responsible to plan, lead and execute internal audit programs - Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with senior management - Relevant experience in internal audit, investigative audit, specialized audit and IFC/SOX audit
