Position Purpose:
- Role requires the person to develop and maintain ESG product / service and support the relationship teams.
- The role requires candidate to work in environment with diversity of work, and someone who embraces to work both independently and in teams.
- Candidate should have research and analytical bent of mind to understand and make use of various research reports on ESG topics and can incorporate the knowledge & understanding in development of products and services.
- The role requires the candidate to demonstrate the high degree of problem-solving capacity and ability to come up with innovative solutions
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in portfolio management, investment strategies, and financial markets.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills for market research and data interpretation.
- Proven experience in client advisory, relationship management, and financial consulting.
- Experience in developing financial products and working with compliance teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, financial modeling software, and CRM platforms.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e., CFA, CFP) are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
