Description:
Sales Manager Wound Care will be responsible for driving pan-India revenue growth, building and leading a high-performing sales organization, and establishing the company as a strong player in the advanced and conventional wound care market. The role focuses on strategic sales leadership, key account development, market expansion, and successful execution of national sales strategies.
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy for wound care portfolio
- Own national sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews
- Build, lead, and mentor Regional / Zonal Sales Managers and their teams
- Set clear KRAs, KPIs, and performance benchmarks across the sales organization
- Personally manage strategic national key accounts, large hospital chains, and group purchasing organizations
- Identify new segments such as home healthcare, clinics, and emerging wound care channels
- Partner with Marketing to design national launch strategies, awareness programs, and brand-building initiatives
