- Responsible for end-to-end delivery across technology, product, customer success & non-tech hiring
- Candidate shall be responsible for managing hiring across all levels based out of Gurgaon office and working directly with senior business leaders
- Should be a mature individual having sound communication skills and have delivered quality work within TAT and under minimal supervision.
- Ability to quickly draw up external acumen, map market intelligence that can influence business leaders on talent solutions
- Should be self-driven to plan, execute to talent strategies defined across different business units
- Closely work with peers within people operations team and Finance team to plan for budgeted hiring and proactive hiring
- Advise the leadership on the talent availability and affordability
- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts & deliver with velocity
- Develop and recommend sourcing strategy to achieve the right source mix
- Discovering and exploring new efficient, effective, and sustainable candidate channels to meet current and future leadership talent needs
- Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research regarding talent development or retention
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Required:
- Degree in any discipline preferably Human Resource
- 4-6 years of experience in recruitment into handling IT and Non-IT roles.
- Hands on with experience in Hiring preferably in a mix of both technology and domain-based roles, Preferably R&D set ups
- Analytical mind-set and expertise in excel and similar tools
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills
- Experience in understanding cultural differences across geographies
- Should be able to define commitment and meet deadlines
- Experience in R&D, Tech Start-up, High growth companies will be preferred
- Ability to deliver to TA analytics, use data for decision making and articulate stories through data for better outcomes
