GreyOrange is looking to hire a Management Trainee for the People Operations team. As a team member, you will be involved in critical stages of the employee lifecycle through initiatives and projects designed to enhance employee experience. Responsibilities : - Understand GreyOrange's business, products, and overall objectives and ensure alignment of priorities of the People Strategy with these. - Work on function-specific projects in your assignment. - Help design and update weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports based on the key roles & responsibilities. - Work with teams to identify and implement process enhancements to bring efficiencies to the system. - Help with market research and best practices when the People Operations team wants to drive new organizational interventions. Requirements : - MBA from a Tier 1/2 college. - Ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels of a global matrix, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills. - Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills. - Great Project Management skills. - A confident and clear communication and presentation skills with excellent organizational skills. - Being enterprising and solution-oriented will be strongly preferred. - Analytical mindset to solve business problems. - Exemplifies GreyOrange's values in discharging their duties
