Role Overview

- We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager who will own the vision, strategy, and execution of high-impact digital products.

- This role requires a blend of business acumen, customer empathy, and technical expertise, with a proven track record in SaaS or technology product environments.

- You will partner with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to build products that drive measurable outcomes, strengthen customer engagement, and scale across industries.

- This is a high-visibility role offering the opportunity to define product journeys from ideation to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs.

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable product features.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, QA, and marketing teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.

Market Insights: Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user research to refine product positioning and identify opportunities.

Backlog Prioritization: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog by balancing customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.

Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs and product analytics to measure success, optimize features, and drive continuous improvements.

Product Launches: Oversee seamless product launches and manage post-release updates, adoption metrics, and customer feedback loops.

Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision and value to internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience:

- 8-12 years of total experience, with 6+ years in product management roles.

- Proven background in SaaS/technology product environments.

Methodologies: Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience leading sprints and product delivery cycles.

Technical Knowledge: Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables, working closely with engineering teams.

Tools & Analytics: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or equivalent tools.

Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred: Experience in digital transformation programs across BFSI, Retail, or Consumer Goods domains.
