Experience Required: 38 years (Preferably with IPO, Merchant Banking, Listing or Audit firm background).

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in IPO process, financial due diligence, SEBI compliances, and listing requirements.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Merchant Banking team to manage end-to-end financial aspects of IPO assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

IPO & Listing Preparation:

- Assist in preparing companies for IPO, including readiness assessment and due-diligence support.

- Coordinate with Merchant Bankers, Legal Advisors, Auditors, RTA, and other intermediaries.

- Support preparation and review of Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) & RHP financial sections.

Financial Statements & Reporting:

- Prepare and review financial statements as per Ind AS & regulatory guidelines.

- Ensure accuracy of restated financials required for IPO documentation.

- Perform ratio analysis, valuation support, and financial modelling.

Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with SEBI ICDR Regulations, Stock Exchange requirements, and Companies Act.

- Handle documentation for listing approvals, due diligence certificates, and periodic filings.

- Monitor post-IPO financial reporting and compliance submissions.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a key liaison between clients, auditors, regulators, and internal teams.

- Manage timelines, deliverables, and smooth communication throughout the IPO lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Strong knowledge of IPO process, listing regulations, and financial reporting.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
