Key Responsibilities: Executive & Strategic Support: - Provide high-level support to the Business Head across technical and business domains. - Support decision-making by preparing technical presentations, reports, and dashboards. - Draft and review documents, memos, or product briefs with attention to technical detail. Technical Strategy & Business Insights: - Coordinate with various depts and prepare MIS (Management Information Systems) reports for monitoring and reducing major cost heads like raw material, labour, electricity, fuel, logistics, - Preparation of Annual and Monthly budget - Assist in analyzing product performance metrics, user data, and technical roadmaps. - Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to track KPIs, OKRs, and strategic initiatives. - Research emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings to aid planning and innovation. - Participate in technical discussions and help translate business goals into actionable tech plans. Project Management & Cross-Functional Alignment: - Coordinate strategic projects and ensure timely execution by tracking deliverables and milestones. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, marketing, and business units. - Own follow-ups from meetings, stand-ups, and reviews to ensure momentum on key initiatives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field + MBA. - 3-6 years of experience in roles such as Technical EA, Product Analyst, Technical Program Manager, or BizOps. - Excellent communication skills-able to simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.
