About the Role:

- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy.

- This role will be responsible for strengthening brand positioning, driving brand growth, and enhancing market presence.

- The Senior Brand Manager will oversee brand campaigns, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.

- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

- Analyze market research, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform brand positioning.

- Collaborate closely with product development, sales, creative, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.

- Manage brand budgets, optimize spend, and measure ROI for marketing initiatives.

- Oversee content creation and creative development, ensuring all brand communications reflect the company's vision and values.

- Lead and mentor a team of brand marketers, fostering innovation and professional development.

- Build strong relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to deliver impactful brand campaigns.

- Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- MBA preferred.

- 6+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in a senior or leadership role.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.

- Excellent project management and leadership abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including digital marketing, social media, and analytics.

- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
