Functional Competencies:

- Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills and ability to develop new adhesive products.

- Hands on experience in synthesis and formulations of adhesives based on Polyurethane chemistry (PU: 1K, 2K, PUD) and water-based Acrylic.

- Design, development and scale-up expertise in PSA, Lamination, Packaging, water-based adhesives technologies.

- Handled emulsion polymer synthesis, based on VAM, VAM-Acrylic and Acrylic emulsions at lab, pilot as well as plant scale.

- Expertise in adhesive performance evaluation, benchmarking, product mapping.

- Expertise in data collection, reporting and data presentation.

- Sound knowledge of polymer chemistry, adhesive & coating technology.
