About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technology projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
Team Coordination:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, solution architects).
- Ensure effective resource allocation, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
Client Management & Satisfaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on project delivery.
- Drive regular status meetings, progress reviews, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Address escalations and resolve challenges proactively.
Tech Solutioning & Pre-Sales:
- Collaborate with solution architects and sales teams to design scalable, customized technology solutions (eCommerce platforms, integrations, middleware).
- Prepare project scopes, proposals, timelines, and effort estimates.
- Contribute to solution documentation and participate in client pitches and demos.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 23 years in technical project management.
- Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solutioning, and documentation.
Technical Skills:
- Strong technical know-how of APIs, Mobile App development, Integrations, Ecosystem Players, E-commerce platforms, programming languages, and AI tools.
- Knowledge of Excel and proficiency in preparing presentations/documentation.
- Hands-on familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce, or similar).
Other Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management
