Role Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven and innovative Performance Marketing Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive measurable growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels to maximize ROI, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across channels including paid search (Google Ads), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), programmatic advertising, display, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution: campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budget allocation, and ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid adjustments, and creative refinements.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor competitor campaigns and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong expertise in paid media platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
