Job Summary:

The D2C Brand Manager is responsible for building, managing, and scaling a direct-to-consumer brand across digital channels.

This role focuses on brand strategy, customer acquisition, retention, and end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

- Develop and execute the overall D2C brand strategy aligned with business goals.

- Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging across all platforms.

- Ensure consistent brand identity across website, marketplaces, social media, and campaigns.

Marketing & Growth

- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases through performance and lifecycle marketing.

- Collaborate with performance marketing, CRM, and content teams to optimize ROI and growth metrics.

Consumer Experience & Engagement

- Own the end-to-end customer journey from discovery to post-purchase engagement.

- Analyze consumer insights, behavior, and feedback to improve brand experience.

- Manage loyalty programs, community engagement, and brand advocacy initiatives.

Product & Merchandising Collaboration

- Work closely with product, supply chain, and merchandising teams to align launches, pricing, and promotions.

- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track and analyze brand and performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention.

- Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership to drive data-backed decisions.

Agency & Partner Management

- Manage creative, digital, and media agencies to ensure high-quality execution.

- Coordinate with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and technology partners.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- MBA preferred.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or D2C/e-commerce roles.

- Proven experience managing digital-first or consumer brands.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce, performance marketing, and consumer behavior.

- Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with digital tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
